Our engineers not only have extensive experience in the production of neodymium-iron-boron and samarium-cobalt permanent magnetic materials, but also conduct in-depth research in the design of magnetic components and the simulation of magnetic fields. We can customize the design, optimize, produce and assemble magnet assemblies and magnetic shielding components according to the needs of users.

Mianyang MCE Electronics Co., Ltd covers a total area of 3,000 square meters, including 800 square meters for office use, 1,500 square meters for production and processing, and 700 square meters for testing and assembly. Our company is equipped with grinding machines and wire-cutting machinesfor magnetic material processing, CNC machines and machining centers for metal processing, as well as hydrogen gas heat treatment furnace for softmagnetic materials.

MCE Magnet is equipped with a comprehensive set of magnetic material testing equipment, including permanent magnet tester, soft magnetic tester, 3D magnetic field testing system, magnetic deviation tester, high-temperature experimental chambers, salt spray experimental chambers, gauss meters, flux meters, and other professional testing instruments. These devices enable us to test the performance of raw materials, and also meet the testing needs of different customers, thereby ensuring the reliability of the supply quality.
