If the customer wishes to shield against the Earth’s magnetic field or other magnetic fields, our engineers can calculate the required magnetic shielding materials based on the actual situation. Generally, we use 1J79/1J85 Polymetal alloy as the shielding material to fabricate the designed magnetic shielding components. Of course, these materials also need to undergo heat treatment after being bent and machined to achieve the best performance.

At present, our mechanical processing and heat treatment techniques for metal soft magnetic materials are highly mature, and we have provided excellent products and services to our customers.
